A couple of years. Mines pretty much a stock length, though. Could be the extra flex required for a longer front end was too much.
Bud from long time experience with long front ends once you get past 4" over stock length on springers or the old girder frontends **** starts bending or breaking and yours by the looks is at least 12" to 14" over , springers are designed for very little rake to work properly . The dynamics and stresses that long beat hell outa the small parts as your finding out , only 41mm or larger tube fronts that long work and even those wear at an accelerated rate if you ride regular . Wears the tubes and bushing fast . I'm an old chopper guy , bent or broke them all over the years

What about a sugar bear springer? My frames a 42" rake. And I wanna stay with the springer look. What would you recommend. Dna needs to go here's a pict of my bike
Rake is usually measured in degree's not inchs first off and I see a **** load of stretch on the backbone & down tubes on that frame to give you that long frontend but keeping the overall length down. I have no experience that brand name sorry , sometimes what we want isn't gonna work with the combination you have I'm afraid, all comes down to trade offs verses practicality . I have heard mixed about DNA stuff not just their frontends .

Sugar Bear springers, at least those that are well over stock length, are made with solid steel legs and will probably weigh in at about 50 pounds at the length you'll need.
Looking at your bike, I think the Sugar Bears would hold up well.

Ya I'm thinkin that too but man are they expensive but then again I guess its what you pay for.
I posted a long thread a couple years back about a Paughco Springer vs the DNA. DNA are cheap junk forks. But they work. Paughco, Sugar Bear, Jerrys are good, but they cost a lost. Moco forks ride very nice as well. There is a reason Paughco costs five times as much. I never had a DNA break, but they do rattle and ride awful. Its your bike, its your call. If you searched Dyna Springer, you could probablly find lots of my old posts.
