Default Tire code, sizing - quick question

Just so I got this straight; trying to select tires for my 2001 RK, with new mag wheels.

METZLER ME888

MT90B-16 M/C 72H (783 lb) FRONT $122.53
130/90-16 M/C 67H (677 lb) FRONT $120.74
These are basically the same size tire, however, the 72H is a higher load rating, making it a better choice, correct?

MT90B-16 M/C 74H (827 lb) REAR $138.84
130/90B-16 M/C 73H (805 lb) REAR $136.59
These two are the same size, different load rating.

MU85B-16 M/C 77H (908 lb) REAR $146.10
150/80B-16 M/C 77H (908 lb) REAR $152.35
These two are the same size, same load rating.

180/65B-16 M/C 81H (1019 lb) REAR $185.96
This is a really wide tire with a high load rating. Not a good choice for a Road King? I'm thinking it probably wouldn't fit, maybe too wide?

I looked at some other brands and it seems not many are radials, most are BIAS-PLY. Is there a benefit to choosing a radial motorcycle tire?

Correct on everything except the MU-85. It is the same width as a 140.

Thanks ChromeJunkie, just need to determine if the 140, 150 or the 180 is best.
