yessir thanks a lot I checked the battery and the HD service dept checked the bat with meter, and was good. Can the battery still be bad? It started Saturday after it warmed up to about 50ish

Bottom line is it should crank whatever oil is in it.

If the battery is good, and it's that cold, you need a larger capacity battery.
As in more amps.
