Default Fork Stem Cap change?

Gentlemen,

I have a 2012 Dyna Wide Glide and want a replacement Fork Stem Cap.

While looking, I found what looked to be the part (OEM # 45670-80).

After I ordered the part, I continued to look around and found that the part has been "updated". The newer part # is 45670-80A.

Does anyone know the change? Will the older Fork Stem Cap mount up?

Thanks for any experience.

Sometimes, a part # is superceded by a new number; usually just like yours with A,B,C, etc. But the part remains the same, & even if it is upgraded, it usually will work. I can't imagine a fork stem cap being upgraded; I'm sure it will work. I used to work for a Dealership & my job was to list & pull the parts for work orders, so this is how I know.
