When I picked up my bike last June I had to wait a few days until a storm front went by. Finally a sunny day was forecast. The night before my wife woke up at 3AM and I was sitting in the den watching TV. She asked me what I was doing and I told her waiting for Santa to come down the chimney. She knew exactly what I meant. She laughed and went back to bed. Enjoy your new bike! Few things compare...
Congrats! I can't imagine that wait. Be safe and enjoy!

Congrats on the new bike, what color did you get I almost could not wait the 5 weeks it mine to get here. I was like a little kid waiting for Christmas to come. Your going to love the new limited, i know I do Ride safe and have fun with her. Also learn the infotainment when your not riding
I got the vivid black. I thought it would be wise to keep it off on the way home.
My father bought his RKC new in 08. First Harley ever and first bike in years. The morning they were to pick it up, my mother came out to the living room at 5:30 am and my dad was on the couch in his whitey tightys and a half helmet, nothing else, waiting for the dealer to open at 9. She still laughs about it. She should have snapped a picture.
Congrats on the new ride ! I kicked tires for several years due to my job and not having the time to ride and justify the cost. So when I decided its now or never I called the dealer and jumped ! Boy was that fun ! Should have jumped sooner. I had to wait three days over the 4th of July for the dealer to set it up. I picked it up on Monday brought it home and then had to get on a boat the next am and wait two weeks before I could back to the mainland and ride ! That was a tough two weeks Anyway Congrats and ride safe !
Thank you for all of the Congrats. After owning my first Harley in 07 I realized that it wasn't just a bike, but also a lifestyle. A Lifestyle I never had when I had my Gold Wing. It was a great bike, but not as comfortable and not as much fun.

I picked up the bike around 12:00 today. OAT was 80˚. It's been over 5 years but it all came back to me after 1 minute. I had an 07 Ultra Classic Electra Glide, but this bike is incredible. What a sweet ride. It's home and safe where it belongs.
