Default Leather Jackets

Just wanted opinions onhow jackets like the ones formbransonwholesale.com compare to the Gen U Wine jackets at the HD dealer. Are the Official ones worth 3 to 4 times as much?

Hell no they're not worth the price. The HD leather goods areoverpriced junk. Buy American if you want a quality jacket that'll last you a long time.

I have a Vanson, and it's bad to the bone!
The Harley leathers are made in China...
I will say that I like the helmets that Harley makes and the chaps, but the jackets are not that great.

Thanks for the input. I have my old trusty buffalo hide jacket that I bought 15 years ago, but really need something with a zip-out liner and vents. I have heard Vanson jackets are very good. What do you like about it in particluar?

I bought the Wilson Leather jacket from a Wilson leather store. Has from vents and liner. Very good and thick. Does not move around in the wind or puff up.

Whatever you get, get a good one and be sure you like it because you will have it for a very long time. It's a good feeling to like it everytime you put it on because you'll do that many times in the life of a good jacket.

After looking at a lot of jackets over the winter Ifinally settled onthe leather HD FXRG. It's expensive ($595 retail) but I got mine for $400 at a local dealer sale. I have to say this jacket is "engineered" for bikers.

Good Luck
