Default Who owns a Lil Joes vest?

I recently picked up a nice used XXL Lil Joes vest. I normally wear an XL, but bought an XXL due to all of the people saying it runs 1 size small. That part fits great. I am 5'11 inches tall. I have a normal torso. The vest is shorter than what I thought. Standing up while wearing it, it only covers half of my belt. Most pictures I have seen on the internet are the same as mine with people wearing them. They seem to be the standard length. If you have a Lil Joes, where does the length fall on you? I do know there is a longer one that is 3" longer if you purchased it new and requested that option.

I won't be much help. I have a short torso, (5'8") and my size large fits about 1" below my belt.
