So school this noob.... What's the difference in a B engine?

It comes after the "A" engine.

The "B" has a counterbalancer to smooth out the engine and is solid mounted.
The "A" is not counterbalanced and is rubber mounted.

I was looking for options instead of building mine..I didn't think S&S made B Motor. Besides Harleys..The only ones I found so far are Jim's 120 and 131 inch B motors.

It always good to have options

S&S does make a "B" motor, came out with it last year I think.
