Tire size conversion chart
Anyone have a link to a tire size conversion chart that goes beyond 150/80 for rear tires?
All of them seem to stop there
Trying to make sure I get the right tube for my 160/70-17. Some tube companies give you what size tire it matches to, others just give width & diameter.

I'm not aware of any charts matching inner tubes to tires. Just tires to rims. Inner tube should be the same measurement as the tire as far as I know. 160 mm x 17", or 6"-6.5" x 17". Rim size should be 5"-5.5" x 17.
