I wouldnt have been able t wait as long as you did. I was chomping at the bit to get some wind thearapy. You only need one good leg right? Right. Glad your back out there. But in all seriousness just take it easy pal. Your knees take a great punishment throughout your life. Not sure of your age and i dont want to be disrespectful. But with age comes bad knees. They will only continue to get worse. Glad your back at it though! Hello summer and f*ck you winter!

After the winter we had in Chicago, I wasn't going to be down any longer than I had to. I ran track in high school (3 records in school so I was a serious runner), knees took a beating; then I played touch football and softball well into my 30's. Hyper-extended this knee once and never had it fixed. It was just a matter of time, plus 37 years on hot steel rolling mills took it's toll. I'm 55 and it caught up with me when I started to jog again back in June. The pain just got to be too much a few weeks ago and I finally had a MRI done.

To get physically fit you also have to be mentally fit. To me, my motorcycle provides that kind of therapy. As well as it does for the majority here. I think you have proven yourself. You know what you have to do.. Be careful!!!!

Hell I'm right with ya. I live in Green Bay WI. My cabin fever was at a all time high. It's been a horrible winter. I hear there's a lot of good riding around The Chicago area. One of these days I'm putting the wife on the bike and we'll make a weekend out of it. Huge chicago cubs fan so obviously I'd wanna stick around the north end and downtown I suppose.
