I need some help/opinions from all of the wounderfull people here. I laid the bike over no one hurt thank the lord and the engine guard is bent, I thought I could straighten it, but after getting it off, the bar is kinked up by the upper mounting tab so now I am going to buy a new one. Would love some opinions and pictures.

Thanks A Million in advanced
Its done its job and the metal has been stressed. You are doing the right thing getting a new one espescially as it is kinked next to the mounting tab.
Check out the Linbar by Lindby Custom, www.lindbycustom.com, you'll find plenty of pics on their site. I love mine, as they look good, provide protection, and provide a place to extend and rest my legs.
Engine guards (crash bars) are the full face helmet for motorcycles. We're all going to drop one at one time or another and as far as I'm concerned they will pay for themselves.
Mine have come in handy a couple times. Nothing but some light scratching on the bottom of the bars. Kinda gives them character though. I would have had alot more damage without them. You are right to replace them ASAP.
