Ignore all the negative BS. Ride defensively and DON'T DRINK AND RIDE. At all, ever. Don't ride between 4:30 and 6 PM if you can avoid it. Not everyone crashes. While we're on the subject, double check your insurance coverage and assume the POS that makes a left in front of you isn't going to have ANY insurance. If you have anyone that depends on your income, get supplemental insurance for wage loss along with your life insurance. While not everyone crashes, some that do die as a result. It's the nature of the beast.

Been down a couple of times over the past forty years.....be extra careful on the smaller roads.....avoid rush hour and always assume the worst from cagers.....
