Check out Saddlemen, they make some good stuff. I bought this one on Amazon and very happy with it:

Saddlemen S3500 Deluxe Sissy Bar Bag 3515-0082
I have a similar model. For rides that are a few hundred miles where I know I'll need additional layers of clothes I use the top/detachable portion of the bag. I want to get a strap but have been zip tieing the bag to my sissy bar which works great.

I use a expandable T-Bag that has a roll bag that straps to it. It works great for me. I travel to jobs and the bag easily holds a weeks worth of cloths. Most of the summer it's zipped as i don't need as much space. During winters unzipped for the extra layers of cold weather cloths. Also when I'm solo turn the bag to the bitch seat letting it serve as a backrest. I'm not sure of the model number and I think mines not made anymore. But you will find one comparable I'm sure.

I have an old medium ruck. I know for sure that it'll hold 5 days worth of clothes, and I keep the straps with it, so I can detach it and wear it as a backpack if I need to.
