get ready for the "don't waste your money, use a leaf blower, reversed vacuum, air compressor, aircraft prop wash"or some other redneck solution.
Also, don't waste your time cleaning it, get out and ride 24 hours a day, no time for cleaning if you are a real biker.
I have a airshammy which is similar idea and works great the few times I actually hose the whole bike down. They are not that expensive and made in the USA.
If you have a good pet supply store nearby, check them out. I believe the "air blaster" is the same price if not cheaper then the motorcycle version one made by the same company.

Anyway, answered my own question this morning. Went to the local Harley dealer and bought one. They don't have a heating element. But after 30 seconds or so the air does get mildly warm. And the air 'volume/velocity' seems like it should do the job.
The box says it is "Made in America". That's satisfying.
