Sirius Satellite radio and Klipsch earbuds. Use them at least 90% of the time. Only take them out as I come into a town or I get tired of them in my ears (which aint very often). Earbuds block wind noise and attenuate the exhaust note.
Ear buds on the highway always. I have pretty eclectic taste when it comes to music. All the way from 60's and 70's rock (Hendrix etc..) to some bluegrass (New Grass Revival, Tony Rice..) and country (George Strait, Dwight Yokum etc), to classical (Bach, Mozart....) depending on my mood. Mostly I'm rockin' to AC/DC, SRV, and Clapton type stuff.
Music is a very pleasant part of being on the highway for those looong stretches and ear buds drown enough of the roar of the wind and such to hear it without having to crank up the Hog Tunes full blast and further damage my already fading hearing. If all I'm doing is riding into town or something I may not put the ear buds in, but I still listen to the radio. I can't imagine being on the road for several hours without my tunes or something.
I've been streaming Spotify the last couple of weeks. Created a playlist with Metallica, Slayer, Guns N Roses, Def Leppard, AC/DC, Tesla, Motley Crue.... etc etc etc

I don't stream but this sounds a lot like the music collection on my phone that I plug into my stereo. Top of the list is Five Finger Death Punch, and Pantera.
Sirius XM SAT on the bike and the Jeep. Presets are Classic Vinyl, Classic Rewind, Grateful Dead, Lithium, Jam On, Pearl Jam Radio, Ozzy's Boneyard, Deep Tracks.

Damn! I forgot Pantera! Thank you for the reminder. Gotta have some Cowboys from Hell on there!
A little bit of everything and a lot of Pink Floyd, Zeppelin, Hot Tuna, Clapton, Alvin Lee, Rory Gallagher, Nirvana, Dick Dale to name a few. I try to stay away from real main stream / top 40 type of stuff.
I'll show my age here. I only listen to the Ventures. So since they generally keep their trap shut, I hear tunes. Not yelling. Therefore not distracting.
Ventures in Space - first LP I ever bought. Showing my age too - that was nearly 50 years ago.
