Are these tanks & fender from a Harley Davidson Softail?
Hi guys, I have a question about some parts I picked up a few hours ago at a yard sale.. I buy/sell just about anything in my spare time but this is the first time I've taken a chance on motorcycle parts.. I figured someone here may be so kind as to educate me
I bought these from an older gentleman who said he was selling them for his son.. "I think they were from a 1984 Harley Davidson Softail" he said.. He was pretty certain about them being Harley but wasn't sure on the year
I bought them because the price seemed to be on the low side (I hope )
I paid $25 for the pair of tanks [1 set] and another $20 for the fender
Are they what he said they were?
Did I get a good deal?
What can I expect to get out of them? ($)
Any response, good or bad is appreciated.. I'm learning here
