You guys give the best advice, and really help me out when I am in the wrong frame of mind. Thanks so much. I am now luaghing and smiling about this whole situation. Thanks again....
Your quote "the cold harsh reality of most people which is that they don't give a crap about anything but getting their own way" seems to be the way that most poeple think theses days. In the 50's 60's and part of the 70's we actually lived in nieghborhoods that people lived in and got along. How many of you know all the people on your street ?. How about your apartment building?. Everyonethinks of Thier "own rights " and have forgotten about the rest of humanity. This holier than thou attitude is getting worse every year . At my campground, not only children but parents as well, have the attitude that, what I percieve as a priveledge is considered a right by thier standards. Don't get me wrong there are still a lot of considerate people out there, I meet them every day , but this attitude is getting rather annoying. Look at the fast paced world we have created for ourselves today. We are led to believe that our rights as individuals is greater than the whole . Everyone needs to sit back and evaluate thier lives once in a while and somtimes a situation like yours lets you do that. Put yourself in the management companies shoes for just a moment. Can they run the risk ofkeeeping a management team who they recieve any complaints about. Made up or not they are looking at the the whole complex , not just your position. After all of this, would you still want to stay ther knowing full well that you are not wanted or liked by everyone/ I wouldn't . It's time to move on, and enjoy every moment of your new life. Go for a ride, watch a sunset with your honey and make some plans for the future. To the people that want to live in thier own little "ME and MINE" world go right ahead , but I bet it gets lonely there ....Mark...
If you allow those that have hurt you to occupy space in your mind it is like " drinking poison and waiting for them to die" Don't do it, Our first desire is to hurt those that hurt us. But being a man of moral character means giving up your right to hurt those that hurt you.
Buddy...You gotta chill, my man! I know it's hard when your hurting like this ... but, you just have to pull yourself together.
This can't be the first time you have been hurt by the words and actions of someone that's not really close to you. And believe me, it saddens me tosay, it won't be the last.
Being hurt by the people you love, is a deep deep wound, and takes nothing but time to recover. It's my understandingyour current situation involves people whom you may have liked, granted, but are they or were they your friends? Make sure you contemplate and understand keenly what a "friend" is before you answer that...Or were they just business associates.
When you run a business, any business, it's important that you have a mind set on what you're dealing with. You must have heard the expression "never mix business with pleasure". Although it's hard to do thatsometimes, it really is very good advise. It essentially means to keep yourself somewhat distant so when things go bad (and they often do) that you won't take things personally.
Pissed on, off or hurtin any combination ... You will get over this, like you would any slap in the face. You have your favourite girl in your life. Now, she is your friend. Embrace and keep your closest friends near you and focus your energy on those positive aspects of your life.
What's done is done...Move on, buddy!
