I tried a Linbar which is similar. The foot rests are pretty high and like one person said in here it's like having your feet in a gynecologist's chair stirrups. I tried flip blades but didn't like my feet so close to the pavement. So I went back to a standard crash bar with pegs.

Have them on my Heritage with adjustable foot pegs down the sides of the bar. Just to change position on occasion I will put my feet on the rubber foot pegs that came on the bars. Not bad for me cause I'm 5'8 (30" inseam). I think it looks pretty darn good and works awesome.
