Every thing worked out for us. A levee broke over by Akron and all the water they expected in North Sioux City ended up in farm fields. So they were taking down barricades before we ever left, I29 was open all the way to Sioux City.

We hit rain at Elk Point, pulled into a Casey's station and waited it out, only about 15 minutes.

Marshall Tucker Friday night was awesome, a short burst of rain along with pea size hail run us into So Ho bar (oh darn) but it didn't last long.

We tried the poker run Saturday but the heat made a couple girls sick so we cooled off at the Icky Nickle, Starship was another good time Saturday night and the weather was perfect, such a beautiful evening.

Raining like a big dog Sunday morning, we donned rain gear and rode in it about the first 25 miles, then it cleared up and smooth sailing.

Can't wait till next year !!
