They're working on a new law here in PA. Hit and run, kill or hurt someone, and it's a 5 year prison sentence. It's called Kevin's Law. A little kid up in Wilkes-Berra was hit and killed. The guy took off and tried covering it up. They caught him a month or so later when his ex girlfriend turned him in. He was convicted, but he only got a year in jail. I haven't read the law so I'm not sure what it all entails.
I just hope these people recover quick. The same thing happend to a friend of mine. The people that hit him stopped and unhooked him from the bumper. He played dead because he heard them say they were going to kill him if he wasn't. He's blind in one eye and has back trouble. They never got caught! Bastards!!
