Thanks so much for all the help so far I really hope I get something either my product or money back I just don't wanna end up with nothing, and yes it was my Bank debit card, and I will try the advanced auto parts thanx again everyone. Keep our fingers crossed.

I got a plane ticket I'm flying there and settling this crap in person I will not go home unless I have my refund or I go with them and personally watch them ship my bagger kit before I leave! Thanks for all the help.

If I'm not mistaken, I beleive that there have been other threads (not about how good they are) about this same company on the HD forums - try the search function and you might get lucky.
