Went for a ride after the X picked up the kids, and ended up in the welcome center the town ( in their "infinite wisdom" ) put in that pretty much no one uses. I practiced u-turns, slow speed, maneuvers all the MSF stuff and even learned a bit about my bike. During one of the u-turns I leaned far enough to scrap the floor boards - which made me nervous but the bike didn't sweat it. SO after the shop tomorrow Im going to go up and do it for a while again. It has way more lean then I had anticipated, I was actually surprised.
That said not 2 hours after practicing all that I was int he situation to need a u-turn, cranked it out no problemo. Cant wait for the next msf - though I would like a set of road bars - just in case.
