I'm 63 with a bad back and arthritis, but I've been riding since I was 12. I've never been without a motorcycle since I was 16. Motorcycling had been my lifelong passion, and the very thought of not being able to ride anymore scares me to death. I'll ride until I can't get my leg over the seat. I plan on buying a new bike next spring. The majority of guys I ride with are in their late 50's/mid 60 's and they are much better riders than the younger guys I see. A lifetime of riding experience/skill goes a long way.

I'm 74 and have 13 motorcycles. Maybe when I get old I will get a trike.
Until then I will have fun on my Vrod and XR1200's for WOT thrills. I have worn my sons out on long distance rides.
I do about 30K miles a year and fill like I'm 19 when on a motorcycle. Whether you can believe it or not I have sex within every 24 hour period for an average of 1.5 hours. My wife and I call it therapy and it is free. Well except for those blue pills at $37 each!
My father in law is 71 and he can out ride most everyone I know. He just got back from a cross country trip last week and is leaving with us this Thursday to head to the smokey's. He puts around 15-20k every year since I have known him and that is over 10 years now. He is a great rider and still teaches the MSF course when he can "fit" it into his busy schedule.
I could still ride a sportster or a lower and lighter harley. I like the ultra classic loaded with extras (more. weight) so I added a trike kit. I know some of you guys are going to say I am a wuss for riding a trike. But when you are 83 and ride in AZ. Heat on a loaded heavy ultra, then call me a wuss. I would bet I can still ride some of you guys in the ground
