I think this is the same reason some guys "claim" to get 50 mpg and i get 40.
My speedo is within 1mph of the radar stations and the miles/odometer is dead on with 2 other vehicles.

Time OR miles whichever comes first. An optimistic odometer will bring the warranty to a close faster. Unless we're talking about a somebody who bought a Harley to play dress up; then indeed you are correct, time.

Time to figure out who to talk with.
You are wasting your time...if you are not running the factory rear tire it is your problem. If you are that **** about it, get one of the speedometer re-calibrators and and correct it.

No, that is not correct. It's two years, unlimited miles.

I assumed upflying's comment was joking, because the warranty is two years, unlimited miles.

Hd warranty is not based on miles. Except for the 75,000 mile renewal limitation.

I've installed a Dakota Digital Speedo/Tach on my Fat Bob and it allows me to change the speedo up to 25% faster or slower to get the correct speed.
