Time OR miles whichever comes first. An optimistic odometer will bring the warranty to a close faster. Unless we're talking about a somebody who bought a Harley to play dress up; then indeed you are correct, time.
there is no requirement for odometer accuracy and I'm basically SOL.
Time to figure out who to talk with.
You are wasting your time...if you are not running the factory rear tire it is your problem. If you are that **** about it, get one of the speedometer re-calibrators and and correct it.
Optimistic odometers means your warranty runs out faster and you get better MPG than actual.

No, that is not correct. It's two years, unlimited miles.

Hd warranty is not based on miles. Except for the 75,000 mile renewal limitation.
