Wondering if anyone has had good results with the andrews 48 in a 2002 RK 95 ci bb with 9.3:1 cr, .030 hg, mild street port heads, d&d fat cats , intake port & polish, throttle body work 46mm, SERT.

Thank You!!!

Well, THAT was useful.
48s will work well in that combo. 26s would be a second choice.

Give Andrews a call. I did and they recommended the 26's for my set up, which is close to yours, with the exception of the D&D Fatcats and I'm carb'd.

FWIW I put 48's in my 96", cant say enough about them. Pull hard, good fuel economy and nice idle. As stated, call Andrews, they are great to work with.

Some guys who install the 48 quickly think they put the wrong cam in and then believe they should have gone with the 54. On the 48 the intake valve closes at 29* and on the 54 it closes at 42*. You'll be losing too much compression with the bigger cam, and that equals less HP and Torque.

I don't think you're getting the most out of what you put in. It's only a cam change and you probably haven't tapped the full potential of the 48. And with your tweaking, it's hard to say how things are set. Unless you're looking for more top end power, I would stay with the 48. But it's your choice and your bike.. Good luck.
