black denim paint issue need code
morning world!
My 2013 street glide has an issue with the OEM paint on the rear fender. Freakin ay!, after it rains, the rear fender starts getting these what look like speckled oil like stains that start showing up in random places. Freakin after it rains again, the spots go away, or move around.
My painting experience tells me there's a serious manufacturers issue with that fender, as I tried all kinds of cleaners ,,,even some with caution for fear of harming the finish as it is.
Anyway, figured I would post this in case anyone else has experienced anything like this with the denim black.
Also, anyone have the HD paint code for denim black ....as I'm considering adding some ghost black hot rod flames anyway, and will need to spray that fender before adding the ghost flames.
