Flh bag mounting question on heritage

Default Flh bag mounting question on heritage
Did a search couldn't find direct answer.
I have a 2003 heritage with cycle visions flh bag mounts.
Just bought a 09 heritage. Will my mounts off the 03 work on my 09 why or why not????
