2006 fxdc tank swap

2014 FXDB tank swap NEED HELP
Hi everyone , I have a 2014 FXDB and I would like to put a 2006 FXDC tank and rear fender (I know the fender will fit ) . The guy at the Harley dealer told me it would fit the only two things I'd have to do would be relocate the SPEEDO to my T-BARS and relocate the ignition from my FXDB to the horn location on the left side . He told me I could just re use the fuel pump etc on the 2006 FXDC tank . Could anyone give me a second opinion before I dish out a lot of cash ? The picture is the exact tank / center console I'd be putting on my 2014 FXDB .
