08 Rocker C small circuit board

08 Rocker C small circuit board
Hi, I have a 08' Rocker C and at the top of the down tubes, just above the "horn", there is a small circuit board,(pic included), I am not sure what it does but the wire bundle goes up behind the gas tank and comes out at the triple trees, it seems to go to the head light and then up thru the handle bars..
A little info to help,,,if you have any,,,,thanks
