The 2016 Softail Slim S offers the Screamin' Eagle® Air-cooled, Twin Cam 110B™engine. Why doesn't Harley allow for this factory installed engine in the Breakout series?

I think you will see that engine in many of their bikes next year.

The MoCo won't do a full scale roll out until they discover what, if any, problems are going to arise in that particular 110" platform.

Agree. Usually only a few series initially are offered such an engine. Ford did it with their Eco Boost engine also.

Is this engine that much more impressive power-wise?

If you are coming from a 125cc scooter, then yes.

If you are coming from a well built TC95, then no.
