What the heck does that mean? Had it tested at two places and thats what the computer said. "Battery Good Needs Charging" Misspelled it in subject which sucks for future searches.
If its good why isn't it holding a charge?

Checked it last night with volt meter it went down to 9.4 while starting.

Is my battery dying or bigger problem? Batter is 2 years old and was left in the garage hooked up for two winters. not on a tender. Bike is 09 RK with 18,000 miles.
All that's telling you is that the battery cells are all good and it's capable of holding a charge but it needs to be re-charged. Riding the bike for 30 or 45 minutes isn't going to give it a good deep charge. Winters and extreme cold temperatures can be deadly to a battery if not hooked up to a tender. Get on the bike and go for a 2 or 3 hour trip somewhere.

If it dropped momentarily to 9.4 when initially hitting the button I wouldn't be extremely concerned yet.
