Default braking

I just installed a 23 inch wheel and American suspension trees; bike rides great, but I have noticed a significant increase in the front brakes grabbing? Its feels like abs braking/pulsation x 10 (if that makes sense). Any thoughts? I have a 14 SGS with abs, changed wheel, kept rotors from 21 inch wheel, stock calipers

First thing i would do is check the Rotor for runout.
Even a slightly warped rotor will cause a pulsating feel.

Sounds like you need something similar to this to allow the ABS to compensate for the change in wheel circumference/diameter.
