Painting/Dying Bags
Has anyone tried painting or dying the nylon (I think) material found on bike bags, backpacks, etc.??
Mine used to be Black and the sun has faded it to a purplish color.

I have never tried it, but I would be apprehensive about dying the bag. Most dyes are not "color fast" and will bleed causing staining on whatever may be in the bags.
