Speedo data upload help.

Speedo data upload help.
Just got one of these and I'm following the directions. I'm stuck on the upload. got the new speedo plugged into the data port and the gauge reads "No Cal" with the red light blinking. Harley sheet says this is normal before the upload and refers you to repeat the the process. I've tried to repeat the process, changed the order of plugging things in and pulling the 40 amp fuse. No luck, just curios if anybody has any tricks to get past this?

Which model of bike is this for? There are a few members with them around HDF, but you will probably get more success posting in the section dedicated to your model of bike, such as Softail etc.
