Well I went through all the clamps and bolts on the exhaust! Went for a short ride and still have the noise! I really thought this was going to fix it! Any other thoughts on this?

Like already mentioned, it's a tough call with your issue not able to see and hear the noise up close.
At this point if your able to get the bike lifted on something stable try to locate something noisy or unusual by moving and pulling on drive line/ rear wheel components. If no luck your closest Indy shop may be your best bet.
Update after a hour with the bike on the jack trying to find the noise! Found a brace under the tranny next to the exhaust pipe so put a clamp around the pipe and brace. Went for a short ride and as far as I can tell no more irritating noise!
