Hurricane,
Looks like you removed both the rear steel wheels and the pivoting front wheels of the lift.

With the side steps what did you do about the foot pedals?

I slide off the pump pedal when the extensions are on. If I want to raise the table I remove the extensions, which is easy and pump it up. In the raised position it's better to have the extensions off.

Have it installed where it doesn't have to move also anchored to floor 1/2x4" concrete bolts I have a craftsman lift on wheels for any other tasks doing tire changes cleaning etc.
