This is what you do after you verify that the battery is no going dead by itself due to excessive internal leakage. As shown in the video the first thing you need to verify is that the battery is good.
a" genuine harley davidson battery" isn't necessary. the bike doesn't know what the label on the battery says. any brand battery that is the right size and amps will work in the bike. the last battery i bought doesn't say "harley davidson" on the side of it and it's going on 9 years old.
