I was looking under the rear fender this morning and noticed the frame doesn't extend upwards like a sport bike's frame hence it would appear that the fender alone would be responsible for supporting the entire weight of the passenger.
Perhaps the fender is pretty strong but is there a weight rating of how much weight can be carried before it breaks? :-o
