Default Help Identifying Engine

I have recently purchased a 2007 custom softail with an aftermarket engine that I was told was bought second hand from an insurance wreck.
I am struggeling to find anything online that will help me identify the engine
There are two sets of numbers on the block that I have found see below.

I believe this on is RMM2023005

And this one is *OPLN509423*

Can anyone help me identify my engine??

Actual pictures of the complet engine from a few angles would do more than chasing numbers, each manufacturer has their own system for numbering.

A '92 Evo engine won't fit a TC96 trans, so we need to see a lot more, as TwiZted points out.

Timing plug says evo style motor, question is who made it. Majority of those kit choppers came with evo engines.

Not sure! I'm also not sure when that dot-based style of engine number was introduced. So that's two clues for us, although I would expect the MoCo to get them straight, if it is a genuine Harley engine! It's worth waiting until J can post some more pics, to see if there are some more decisive clues for us to work with.
