Just try and get ahold of someone at Mustang seats, I double dare you. An email, Facebook message, a Facebook post, a phone call. Nope. This process all started Tuesday, it's now Friday. Maybe I am expecting too much? Maybe they don't want me to purchase the passenger pad that I am not sure will fit their solo seat.....
So many questions.
So has anyone used the thicker "wide rear seat 11"" part number 75461 on a Wide tripper solo 76692 (M8 touring)? Wife wants a thicker pad than the wider tripper solo matching pad.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Sent seat back because heated seat worked intermittently. Sent it back and was promised it would be a 2 week turn around. 8 weeks later I had to threaten them with a tv news reporter on their Bikertoberfest site to get my seat back-un fixed.
I won't buy another mustang seat.
Zero replies to my questions.
Zero replies to why they sell a "red and black" seat thats no where close to the color red at all.
After paying another $300 to have the seat reformed and recovered I still hate it.
I wish C&C made a Breakout seat. I had one of their fastback seats on my NT and it was best seat I have ever had. Could ride that bike for days.
I’ve only had good experiences with the 3 Mustang seats I have had. I am thinking of having a custom seat made by them. I’ve called them twice in the last month. No issues getting in touch with them. They answered all of my questions. When I called the second time I requested some thread samples so I could see what color matched my tour pack backrest pad the best. They sent me 3 samples an they arrived in a few days. They did tell me a custom seat would be 6 weeks and would not returnable, which makes sense to me.
Good Luck...
Had exactly the same experience last year when in the market for one of their seats for my '18 FLHCS. Had their seats before but wanted to check a few things.... still waiting for an answer. Worst customer "service" in the market !
