Default Dash indicator lights module

Just to satisfy my curiosity, I am asking how common is this issue. Have you had a light (LED, I assume) go out on your dash? The module is in the neighbourhood of $150. It appeared to be just a couple of clips holding it in place. When I attempted to remove it, it was a fight and I did not want to break it. I abandoned it as I can work around the left signal indicator not working and did not want potential further issues. I also thought $150 was over the top for such a minor issue. With the proper social distance employed I watched my Indy deal with its removal and sure enough clips were broken. If you have had this issue, please relate the details. Thanks in advance for all replies.

My left turn signal light on my 2014 Fatboy is not working. I also tried to remove the light housing, but ,dang, I can’t figure it out? What’s the trick?

Default Removal trick

So far my research leads me to one way to remove the dash indicator module; break it. LOL The logic that my eyes and brain came up with did not result in success. Not wanting to cause an issue with significantly more important indicators like the oil light, I just left things alone, resigning myself to the nuisance of the left turn indicator not working.
