Trouble Ryde Planner

Gpx ride planer trouble Hello I'm new, I would really like to know how to solve my trouble with HD ryde Planner
I have organizer on ryde planner and converted on basecamp to transfer to my garmin zumo 665 in January everything to work '' my following the covid I must review everything my trip everything is near my there is always an error when I wish imported in basecamp I took three versions and nothing to do by cons, harley ryde already in ryde hover, no problem, which has the real solution please ,, ,,,,, thank you all
