Call your local glass company, they have the tools to cut almost everything.

are you opposed to a new one?..I just recieved my windhields yesterday for my street glide from FastAire.com. Excellent product, perfect fit, pleasure to do business with. I bought both a 6" and an 8" dark grey. With shipping, my total for BOTH windshields was like 67 dollars....cheap enough! good luck

plexiglas, lucite, etc. is very easy to cut. all you need to do is cover the cutting line with masking tape on both sides, which will keep the band saw or jig saw blade from melting the plastic and refusing behind the cut. When done, file in the direction of the cut to level the dips that happen, and then polish the edge usinga white polishingstick as lubricantto polish the edge so it looks professional.

Do a search in the D.I.Y. sections on this site, there is a step by step with photos. Basically just like Salvo said.

Good info on FastAire. I think I will order me one of the 4" shields. I want more air in the face during warm weather here in SoCal. Seems to be an excellent price.
