Hello....so I ordered the Woods TW6H cams for my 98" build.
I know these cams are a .590 lift , I also read that woods cams are hard on the valve train.
would Roller Rockers help with this and which ones would you recommend.
Are there such things as a good roller rockers at a reasonable price???? Although being in Canada there's no such thing as reasonable pricing when it comes to our rides.
My guess is that the only thing roller rockers will add to your build is noise.
Lots of pro builders here on the forums, hopefully some will chime in.

With .590 lift you will need roller rockers, and be ready to accept some noise. Roller rockers are inherently more noisy, but Wood cams tend to be noise anyway.
