OK bone head question, but where in the service manual does it say what size socket to use on a given bolt. I can find the Torque spec but it does not say what size bolt or nut it is.
Doesn`t matter why, there are probably dozens of legitimate reasons.
Keep in mind, when you are looking at a Torque Table for fasteners; the fastener size is the diameter of the fastener, not the size of the wrench used.

you know what is funny, I know with the manual for the 14 it did say the socket/wrench size in a table at the beginning of each area. if you were doing the front calipers you look at the beginning of the break section and it would list each bolt the head size, metric or SAE. Wish I had my old manual to confirm.
I have always wondered why they dont tell you what size wrench you need. It would be easy for them, and save the user time. Especially when you dont know if its SAE or metric.
