I know there are a lot of custom dynamics fan boys on here, but for 30 bucks less I put a badlands module on - its been fine for years....no issues - plug and play.

Been doing a bit of web surfing today. Ya know web surfing is a different type sport But I ran across this today. Now according to J&P Cycle this will fit. It is the Triple Play, plug and play. It doesn't have the lifetime warranty, it comes with a 5 year warranty.

This is it.

Custom Dynamics' load equalizer is plug and play, comes with decent instructions and people on the phone ready to help you if needed.
And then there's us. We can help you as well. Particularly when it comes to spending your money.
Don't need any help spending the money. Do that pretty good all by myself Hangin on to the money is the hard part. Shoot back in the day workin on the ol Shovelhead was cheaper. The Kuryakyn forward controls on the Shovel cost me 149 bucks. I look at them now and it's like HOLY ****.

When I bought my bike I was looking for a Street Glide. To expensive. Found the Ultra Classic on Facebook Market Place and contacted the guy. I wasn't looking for an Ultra Classic but the price and miles were good. The guy was asking 11,500 and it had 18,000 miles. I went and looked at it and offered him 10,500 and he took it.
I never have taken a tour pack off before, so I paid the local shop to do it. To take off the pack and take care of the wiring cost me 650 bucks. I put the tour pack up for sale for 600 bucks. A guy wanted it and offered me 500 bucks and I took it.

I like these. But not for this price. I hope they would at least have a light bulb, or an LED set up in them. I would just like to get the cover. Ether smoked, or red, with the chrome. If there was a way they would screw into the turn signal set I have on my bike.

Yeah I've seen those too on Amazon. But the way the screws work holding the lens in it would take some fancy CCI (Cut Chop and Install). Unless you worked it like one of the 1156 or 1157 bulbs. cutting out some sort of notch so you could twist on like the bulbs do.

Go back and look at my license plate rim. I ordered that from Amazon 17 bucks, and the bolts were like 8 to 10 bucks. My plate is curved a bit. I put the license plate frame on the bracket to bolt it on and the bolt holes didn't line up with the bracket or the plate. So I took that chrome plate frame held it up, looked at it put it back to the bracket and plate and thought that will work. Went in the house and got my fancy new cuttin tool.Turned the chrome frame over and on the back side there was a lip all the way around the frame. I took that fancy cuttin tool and put the wheel just under that lip and cut the lip off the top edge of the plate frame. The bolt holes all line up. The cut piece is on top and sits just up at and a bit under the turn signal bar. Can't even tell its been cut.
I was so proud of myself. That was my first CCI trick on this bike. The ol Shovelhead had a lot of hidden CCI stuff done to it and hid real good so no one could tell.

Damn $110 bucks per lens.....no thanks!!! LOL

If you wanted them though, you could use 1156 base LEDs. something like this

So tell me this if I were to change out my brake light to an LED will I need to put an equalizer on? Or is it like the head light where you don't need an equalizer?
