I have a 91 sprinter softail that I just bought off a friend who’s dad bought it new and has done some after market stuff of which we aren’t fully aware of. It’s been burning through plugs like crazy so I just lowerd the main and intermediate jets but before that just this week while under load it is seriously boggy and jerky and sounds horrible. It’ll rev just fine and idle just fine as well. It’s getting good fuel, has a s&s super e that I just cleaned out. I took a video that you can see and hear the problem hopefully. I am a noob to motorcycles but I’m pretty mechanically inclined. I do have an appointment to take it in but if I can fix it myself I’d rather that option.

Reason: Adding video clip
Hopefully the video uploaded but I went to the next step down from .295 intermediate and .070 main jet.
even with the above mentioned jets it would ride just fine, except for fouling the plugs.

I wouldn't run anything smaller, a .0295/.070 is very common in an Evo.. I would suspect a possible leak at the intake seals and test the VOES to see if it's working properly.. I would also get a Factory Service Manual.. Without knowing exactly what was done to the motor it's a crap shoot to get it running properly..
How long has the bike been sitting? I would think at one time the jetting was proper and a good cleaning of the carb is necessary..
Hard to tell with the video but your description indicates a lean condition.. Can you post up a pic of the plugs and did you try new plugs?. What ignition does it have?

Found the problem. It was the cam shaft/ ignition timing sensor had become very loose. Tightened it up and everything’s fine. Thanks for the help everyone.
