I can't find any size information when I search online for this product. Maybe you? I'm from the Netherlands and don't get any results from American sites

Head pipes are O.D. because they are "Male"
Slip ons are I.D. because they are "female'
STOCK twin cam head pipes are 1.3/4 O.D.
Most aftermarket slips on are made to do just that, SLIP ON, therefore they are 1 3/4 I.D.
I do not know the diameter of your Rinehart head pipes.
MEASURE them , look at the specs for the slip ons you wish to purchase
MOST for Twin Cams are 1 3/4"
