Could Be. Jumped it with a Jump Box and not a vehicle. I had a FatBoy that did a similar thing and the battery fixed it. Just trying to make sure I get it squared away. I appreciate it.
Did you go to positive and frame and not to positive and negative?
Also check the connections at both of the ends positive and negative for loose and rotted cables.
