I ride a 2019 Harley Davidson Road King Standard. The last two years while riding Needles Highway and Iron Mountain Road in the Black Hills my check engine light went on. The bike was running fine with no problems. I rode it to Black Hills HD in Rapid City and had them look up the codes that appeared. The first year some LED light code appeared. Last year the LED light code appeared again with another code that I can't remember. I was told it was no problem and they have seen that happen with that year and model with others riding those roads. They didn't have an answer and just turned off the codes. You do lots of shifting and changing speed on those two rides. They said there was nothing wrong with the engine.
Has anyone else ever had this problem with the Check Engine Light coming on while changing gears and speeds? I have 28,000 miles on the bike and it runs great. Just curious if others are experiencing the same issue.
